BOOGIE WHEY contains protein that contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
It is distinguished by its high protein content.
The recommended daily serving is 60 g.
Dosage
BOOGIE WHEY
Mix a single serving – 30 g (1.5 scoops) – with 200 ml of water or milk using a shaker or blender. Take 2 servings daily.

On training days:
- 1st serving in the morning after waking up
- 2nd serving within 1.5 hours after training

On non-training days:
- 1st serving in the morning after waking up
- 2nd serving between meals
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage Instructions
