CREATINE MONO+ contains creatine, which increases physical performance during successive short, high-intensity exercises. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Additionally, CREATINE MONO+ is enriched with vitamin C, which helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

DOSAGE

CREATINE MONO+
Mix one serving – 4.1 g (1 scoop) – with 200 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily.

• On training days: 1 serving 30 minutes before training or 1 serving immediately after training.
• On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up or 1 serving before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
