ASHWAGANDHA KSM-66 contains an extract from the root of Ashwagandha KSM-66 (Withania somnifera), which has adaptogenic properties and supports vitality as well as mental and physical well-being.

WHO DO WE RECOMMEND ASHWAGANDHA KSM-66 FOR?

ASHWAGANDHA KSM-66 is recommended for individuals who train intensively and for those particularly exposed to stress.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE – ASHWAGANDHA KSM-66

Take one serving of the product – 1 capsule – with 250 ml of water. Consume 1 serving daily during a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
