Citrulline Synergy is a complex of citrulline and citrulline malate. This supplement is recommended for use before a workout.

Citrulline belongs to non-proteogenic amino acids that play a role in various essential processes in the body. Its natural sources include watermelon and melon. Citrulline is involved in the urea cycle, a vital metabolic process for removing ammonia generated during amino acid metabolism. Additionally, citrulline is a product in the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO) in the reaction:

Arginine ➞ NO + Citrulline

Interestingly, citrulline can be converted back into arginine, the precursor of NO. Thus, although arginine is the only substrate for NO synthesis, citrulline can be effectively used to produce NO after being converted back to arginine. In the digestive system, there is a highly active enzyme called arginase, which leads to the utilization of a significant portion of arginine in the urea cycle. One of NO's roles is to influence the relaxation of blood vessel smooth muscle, thereby increasing their diameter.

Dr. L. Ignarro, a Nobel laureate for his research on NO, suggested consuming foods rich in citrulline or supplementing with it to improve the function of the endothelium (the lining of blood vessels that produces, among other things, NO).

CITRULLINE SYNERGY's advantage lies in the combination of two forms of citrulline.

CITRULLINE SYNERGY Dosage Dissolve one serving of the product - 3g (0.5 scoop) in 300ml of water. Use two servings per day.

On training days: 1st serving 30 minutes before the workout, 2nd serving immediately after the workout.

On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving before bedtime.

WARNINGS Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. This product is not intended to replace a varied diet. It is not suitable for children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
